Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on payments, identity, or integrity platforms. Your background includes a strong understanding of user experience and system performance, allowing you to refine product offerings based on both quantitative insights and qualitative feedback. You are skilled in fraud prevention and authentication flows, which are critical for the initiatives you will lead. You thrive in complex environments and enjoy working across cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions that enhance user trust and marketplace integrity.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate product strategies and collaborate effectively with engineering, data science, design, and operations teams. You are data-driven, using experiments and dashboards to inform your decisions and refine user experiences. You are passionate about creating a work environment where all team members feel they belong and can thrive.
Desirable
Experience with identity verification systems or payment processing platforms is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development processes will help you navigate the challenges of this role. You are comfortable leading discussions around product strategy and roadmaps, and you have a track record of successfully launching products that meet user needs and drive business objectives.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at Lyft, you will define the long-term vision and multi-year roadmap for one or more platform domains, including Payments, Identity, and Integrity.
