You are comfortable working with both backend systems and user-facing product experiences, and you have a strong understanding of how to apply user feedback to improve products.

You have a solid foundation in programming languages such as Python and TypeScript, and you are familiar with frameworks like React. Your experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, allows you to build scalable and efficient applications. You are eager to mentor other engineers and help set the technical direction for your team, ensuring that the solutions you create are not only effective but also innovative.

Desirable

Experience with agile methodologies and a strong understanding of software development best practices are highly desirable. You are someone who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams and has a keen interest in the real estate industry, particularly in the single family rental space.

What you'll do

In this role, you will have maximum agency to shape solutions from the ground up. You will own both backend and frontend design, automating complex workflows and directly applying user feedback to enhance product offerings. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing features that deliver business value, as well as collaborating closely with customers to understand their needs and challenges.

You will help set the technical direction for the team, guiding the development process and ensuring that best practices are followed. Mentoring other engineers will be a key part of your role, as you share your knowledge and experience to help them grow in their careers. You will also be involved in the entire product lifecycle, from initial design through to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
