You have a keen eye for identifying talent and understanding the needs of the organization. You are proactive in reaching out to candidates and maintaining relationships with them, ensuring that they feel valued and informed about potential opportunities. You are adaptable and can navigate the changing requirements of hiring across different states and regions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a talent community for Mark43.
