You have a strong background in contract lifecycle management (CLM) and are experienced in designing and optimizing workflows using Ironclad. Your expertise allows you to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce and other systems. You are comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, articulating business problems clearly, and delivering high-quality solutions that adhere to best practices in an Agile environment.

You possess a deep understanding of CLM processes, including intake, negotiation, execution, and fulfillment. Your technical skills enable you to manage Ironclad configurations and automate workflows effectively. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with Legal, Deal Desk, Sales, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure that all contracting operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Desirable

Experience with Salesforce CPQ is a plus, as it enhances your ability to manage quoting, pricing rules, and product configurations. Familiarity with Agile methodologies will help you adapt quickly to changing requirements and deliver results in a timely manner. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and are eager to implement innovative solutions that drive efficiency.

What you'll do

As a Senior CLM Engineer at Marqeta, you will be responsible for architecting and enhancing the systems that drive our contract lifecycle management. You will design and optimize Ironclad workflows, approval chains, templates, and automation rules to ensure a streamlined contracting process. Your role will involve owning the end-to-end functionality of Ironclad, including managing intake forms, routing, negotiation, redlines, signature workflows, and repository configuration.

You will collaborate closely with the Salesforce engineering team to deliver seamless integrations that eliminate manual hand-offs and strengthen data consistency. Your work will significantly improve end-to-end contract automation, allowing for faster and more efficient contracting operations. You will also be tasked with translating technical concepts into simple language for stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on project goals and outcomes.
