What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the performance strategy for the Matillion Data Productivity Cloud. You will define key performance indicators and establish benchmarks to measure success. Your responsibilities will include analyzing system performance across the control plane, data plane, agents, workflow engines, APIs, and UI. You will collaborate with engineering teams to implement performance enhancements and ensure that the platform can handle increasing loads as the company grows.

You will lead initiatives to optimize system architecture and improve response times, ensuring that the platform remains fast, predictable, and resilient. Your insights will directly influence the customer experience and contribute to the company's bottom line. You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of performance excellence within the team.
