What you'll do

As the Senior Program Manager at Matillion, you will be the central nervous system for the company's internal AI evolution. You will report directly to the CISO and be responsible for ensuring that AI initiatives deliver scalable, governed systems that demonstrably increase organizational velocity. You will own the internal AI roadmap, defining the 'Why,' 'When,' and 'So What' of each initiative. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to align AI projects with business objectives and ensuring that they are executed securely and efficiently.

You will lead the charge in embedding AI into the company's operations, working closely with teams to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Your strategic mindset will help you prioritize initiatives based on their potential impact and ROI. You will also be responsible for monitoring the progress of AI projects, providing updates to stakeholders, and making adjustments as necessary to keep initiatives on track.
