You have a strong background in machine learning and production engineering, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams in dynamic environments. Your expertise lies in orchestrating high-talent engineers to optimize ML Ops and Dev Ops, ensuring efficient and scalable machine learning pipelines. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with machine learning engineers and data scientists to design and implement robust monitoring and testing frameworks. Your ability to integrate machine learning models seamlessly into applications and services is a key strength, and you are comfortable navigating complex technical discussions with software engineers.
You possess excellent leadership skills, guiding your team through challenges while fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. You are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously and can prioritize effectively to meet deadlines. Your communication skills enable you to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.
Desirable
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP is a plus, as is familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. A background in real estate or related industries can provide valuable context for your work at Matterport.
What you'll do
