What you'll do

As the Cluster Head at Meesho, you will take ownership of the onboarding and training of partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet operational standards. You will regularly visit partner facilities across different cities, driving key operational metrics and identifying areas for improvement. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance processes and deliver exceptional service to customers.

You will lead initiatives aimed at reimagining logistics for e-Commerce, working on projects that have the potential to change how people perceive online shopping in India and beyond. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding your team through challenges and ensuring that everyone is aligned with the company's mission to take e-Commerce to the masses.
