What you'll do

In this role, you will own the financial health of key product lines, which includes forecasting, budgeting, and conducting market analysis — your insights will directly influence product strategy and investment decisions. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including GMs and product leaders, to ensure that financial considerations are integrated into strategic planning. Your responsibilities will also include full P&L ownership, where you will analyze performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to enhance profitability.

As you build out the Strategic Finance team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the finance function within Mercor — your contributions will help elevate how the company plans and allocates resources. You will be expected to bring analytical rigor to the table, ensuring that all financial decisions are backed by solid data and insights. Your ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner will be essential in influencing executive decisions and driving alignment across teams.
