What you'll do

As a Frontend Engineer at Mercor, you will be responsible for designing and building the user-facing systems that define how customers interact with our core AI infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers to create seamless and engaging user experiences. Your role will involve writing production-grade code, managing projects from inception to completion, and ensuring that the applications you build are both performant and scalable.

You will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including the talent platform and growth initiatives, where you will contribute to the development of next-generation capabilities. Your work will directly impact how AI labs and enterprises utilize our platform, making it essential that you balance speed with quality in your deliverables. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of the engineering practices within the team.
