Who you are

You have extensive experience in systems strategy and technology, particularly within data center operations. Your background includes leading teams focused on innovation in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring that the evolving technology stack aligns with operational requirements. You possess a strategic mindset, enabling you to interface effectively between industry standards and infrastructure needs.

You are adept at managing large-scale projects and have a proven track record of transitioning laboratory innovations into massive-scale deployments. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and innovation, empowering your team to drive impactful changes in data center technology. You understand the importance of compatibility between hardware features and facility operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the organization responsible for the Data Center R&D team and the Hardware NPI Technical Readiness team. Your primary mission is to ensure that the evolving data center technology stack informs data center topology and performance requirements. You will oversee the alignment of infrastructure technology with operational needs, focusing on MEP systems innovation. You will play a key role in shaping the future of Meta's data center program globally, driving initiatives that enhance reliability, safety, and efficiency.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that new hardware developments meet the operational standards required for effective data center management. Your leadership will guide the transition from innovative concepts to practical applications, enabling a multi-billion dollar capital program. You will also be responsible for setting strategic goals and ensuring that your team is equipped to meet the challenges of a rapidly evolving industry.
