You have a deep understanding of electrical systems and equipment functions, with experience in Low Voltage & Medium Voltage power distribution. Your expertise includes electrical protection & controls systems, UPS and battery systems, and electrical testing. You are familiar with applicable electrical codes and standards, and possess a basic understanding of mechanical systems. Your leadership and management skills are essential for aligning your team with global strategies, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

You have a proven track record of managing teams and projects, demonstrating your ability to lead and mentor electrical SMEs. Your experience in data center operations equips you with the knowledge to troubleshoot and repair complex electrical systems. You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high safety and operational standards in all electrical maintenance procedures.

What you'll do

As the Lead Electrical Subject Matter Expert, you will lead and manage a team of electrical SMEs, ensuring the technical operations of electrical systems in Meta's data centers. You will be responsible for procedure-based electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, as well as overseeing training and project management. Your role will involve developing and implementing maintenance procedures that align with industry standards and best practices.

You will collaborate closely with other teams to ensure the seamless operation of electrical systems, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of data center operations. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of safety and excellence within your team, as you guide them in their professional development and technical expertise.
