You have a strong background in operations and a demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity β you excel at building strategic relationships across functional boundaries and globally to create and drive effective strategies. Your experience includes working with data-driven teams and optimizing processes to scale operations effectively. You are comfortable handling sensitive and complex cases, ensuring that the enforcement of policies is done with care and precision.
You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can navigate through potentially graphic and objectionable content with professionalism and sensitivity. Your ability to collaborate with various teams across Meta allows you to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a focus on user safety and compliance with regulations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be part of the Global Response Operations team, focusing on protecting user voice and reducing negative experiences for users, regulators, businesses, and advertisers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases that require a nuanced understanding of Metaβs policies. Your responsibilities will include optimizing and automating processes to enhance operational efficiency and prevent issues before they arise.
You will engage in strategic discussions to drive the enforcement of policies and ensure that the operations team is equipped to handle sensitive content effectively. Your role will involve analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to the overall strategy of the Community, Regulatory, & Legal Specialized Enforcement Operations team.
