Your expertise includes working with Point-of-Presence (PoP) network components and ensuring the operational framework for vendor field services is executed to high standards. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational framework that governs how vendor field services are scoped, dispatched, executed, and validated. You will play a critical role in ensuring the deployment and repair of production network infrastructure at hyperscale. Your responsibilities will include managing the operational domains, providing technical guidance, and ensuring that all work meets Meta's standards for quality and safety.

You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that the network infrastructure operates smoothly and efficiently. This includes monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements as necessary. You will also be involved in training and mentoring vendors to ensure they adhere to best practices and Meta's operational guidelines.
