What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the teleoperation and robotics data collection operations at Meta's Burlingame site. You will be responsible for overseeing the data collection process, ensuring that it meets the required standards for quality and speed. You will work closely with AI researchers to create a tight feedback loop, facilitating communication and collaboration between teams to enhance the overall efficiency of operations.

You will also be involved in developing strategies to optimize data collection workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices. Your role will require you to be hands-on, working alongside operators to understand the challenges they face and providing support as needed. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical teams and operational staff, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common objectives.
