What you'll do

In this role, you will support the Edge and Network Services team by developing and implementing strategies that enhance operational supportability. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that critical projects are executed successfully. Your responsibilities will include scoping and developing plans in partnership with internal teams and external vendors, focusing on integrating new technologies into the operational fleet. You will analyze technical drivers for the business and organize strategies to meet operational needs effectively.

You will also be responsible for improving the operational efficiency and reliability of Meta's advanced network. This involves identifying pain points within existing processes and implementing enhancements that streamline operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of network operations are aligned with business objectives. Your role will require you to stay engaged with the latest technologies and trends in the networking field, allowing you to bring innovative solutions to the team.
