What you'll do

As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will act as the key operational liaison between Meta and its 3PL providers. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse network, ensuring that all logistics processes are executed efficiently. You will be responsible for monitoring performance metrics and implementing improvements where necessary to enhance operational efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with various teams within Meta to align logistics operations with overall business objectives. This includes coordinating with supply chain management, inventory control, and other departments to ensure seamless operations. You will also be tasked with training and supervising staff at partner facilities, ensuring that they adhere to Meta's operational standards.
