Who you are

You are a highly skilled Product Designer with a strong background in user-centered design principles. With at least 5 years of experience in product design, you have a proven track record of creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product management, engineering, and UX research teams to ensure that design decisions are informed by user needs and data. Your expertise in design tools, particularly Figma, allows you to create high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate your design vision. You are passionate about crafting quality experiences that address real user problems and are committed to maintaining the highest level of craft in your work.

Desirable

Experience with design systems and a strong understanding of accessibility standards are highly desirable. Familiarity with data-driven design methodologies and the ability to analyze user feedback to iterate on designs will set you apart. You are also encouraged to bring your unique perspective and creativity to the team, contributing to high-level strategic decisions that shape the future of Meta's products.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a central part in shaping the future of Meta's products, particularly in the area of Facebook Monetization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build products that are not only valuable but also easy to use. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to understand user needs and pain points, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on user feedback. You will also participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to your peers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the design team.

You will be involved in high-level strategic discussions, contributing your insights to help drive transformational experiences for users. Your ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively will be essential as you work with stakeholders across the organization. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior designers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers.
