What you'll do

As a Program Development Manager at Meta, you will play a crucial role in supporting the capacity planning efforts of the IDC's Leasing Portfolio. You will lead the assessments of potential leasing projects, ensuring that all necessary evaluations are conducted thoroughly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing data related to project feasibility, timelines, and resource allocation.

You will represent the DEC team in discussions about new leasing projects, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations. Your ability to communicate effectively will be essential as you report on project status and provide insights to guide decision-making.

In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining documentation related to project assessments and outcomes. This will involve creating reports that summarize findings and recommendations, which will be shared with leadership and other relevant teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and legal, to ensure that all aspects of leasing projects are considered. Your collaborative approach will help foster strong relationships across departments, facilitating smoother project execution.
