You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in incident response or risk management. You thrive in ambiguous environments and can navigate complex cross-functional dynamics, ensuring that all perspectives are considered in decision-making processes. Your ability to drive progress and manage incidents to closure is complemented by your analytical skills, allowing you to support effective remediation steps. You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of oversight and accountability in managing product risk incidents.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to report effectively to leadership teams and support informed decision-making across various risk pillars. Your experience in regulatory compliance programs is a plus, as it equips you with the knowledge needed to enhance incident response processes. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes that lead to better outcomes for privacy incidents.
Desirable
Experience in a technology-driven environment, particularly within large organizations, is highly desirable. Familiarity with privacy, security, integrity, and AI risks will give you an edge in this role. You are comfortable working with diverse teams and can adapt your approach based on the needs of different stakeholders. A background in data analysis or reporting tools would be beneficial, as it will help you in supporting the analysis of incident outcomes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for the execution and program management of Incident Response functions within the Risk Oversight pillar of Meta’s Regulatory Compliance Program Organization. You will manage the full lifecycle of product risk incidents, from initial identification through to closure, ensuring that all incidents are handled efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to implement enhancements to incident response processes across all risk pillars, including privacy, security, integrity, and AI risks.
You will thrive in a cross-functional environment, working closely with product and risk organization leadership teams to support reporting and informed decision-making. Your ability to analyze incidents and support appropriate remediation steps will be crucial in ensuring that the organization maintains high standards of accountability and oversight for privacy incident outcomes. You will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for process improvements and driving initiatives that enhance the overall effectiveness of the incident response program.
