Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in program management, particularly in the construction or manufacturing sectors — your experience includes overseeing large-scale projects and ensuring timely delivery of components. You understand the complexities of supply chain engagement and optimization, and you are adept at facilitating collaboration among diverse teams, including designers, builders, and engineers.
Your expertise in managing the lifecycle of infrastructure projects is complemented by your ability to drive strategic and tactical aspects of prototyping and logistics — you thrive in environments that require innovative solutions and have a proven track record of delivering results on fast-paced timelines. You are a results-oriented leader who can navigate the challenges of offsite construction and integration.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the program management of manufactured components for Meta's North America construction program — your responsibilities will include orchestrating the detailing and prototyping of components to ensure optimum manufacturability. You will work closely with internal and external subject matter experts to plan logistics and production, ensuring that all components are delivered and integrated on schedule.
You will facilitate communication between various stakeholders, including Preconstruction Managers, Contractors, and Equipment Reliability Engineers, to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. Your role will also involve driving the strategic direction of the manufacturing program, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency throughout the construction process.
