You are comfortable working with large datasets and have a solid understanding of the principles of recommendation systems.

What you'll do

As a Research Scientist Intern, you will join Meta's Video Recommendations team, focusing on optimizing the recommendation system for various video formats, including Reels and Live streams. You will participate in framing high-impact challenges into machine learning problems and contribute to building innovative solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to bridge business needs with long-term foundational investments in machine learning. You will have the opportunity to work on end-to-end problems, enhancing the user experience by providing engaging and high-quality video content.
