You are an industry expert with a strong background in sourcing strategies for data center infrastructure — your experience spans commercial and technical sourcing, enabling you to influence product strategy effectively. You possess the business acumen and technical depth necessary to drive industry-level change, particularly in power and cooling technologies. Your ability to develop disruptive strategies is key to optimizing the economics and risk profile of data center portfolios. You have a proven track record of partnering with R&D Engineering and Product Development teams to align sourcing strategies with technological advancements. Your collaborative nature allows you to work seamlessly with commercial sourcing managers and manufacturing engineers, ensuring that supply chain execution meets the highest standards.
Desirable
Experience in artificial intelligence and custom silicon development is a plus, as is familiarity with backup power and resiliency schemes. You thrive in environments where you can leverage your technical knowledge to influence strategic decisions and drive innovation in critical infrastructure domains.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sourcing strategy for infrastructure power, from the utility substation to the rack. You will partner closely with R&D Engineering and Product Development teams to drive the supply chain technology roadmap and ensure timely market delivery of leading power technologies. Your role will involve developing and maintaining external business relationships that are crucial for executing sourcing strategies effectively. You will also collaborate with manufacturing and component quality engineers to deliver the best value for Meta's data center portfolio. Your strategic insights will help shape the future of Meta's infrastructure, ensuring that it meets the demands of over 3.8 billion users globally. You will be instrumental in advancing Meta's capabilities in critical infrastructure domains, contributing to the company's mission of connecting people and building community.
