You donβt need a traditional finance background; what matters is your ability to learn quickly and keep complex operations running smoothly.
You are comfortable moving between big-picture strategy and detailed execution β you enjoy turning ideas into working systems. Your experience allows you to manage financial operations effectively, including month-end close processes and supporting tax and audit activities. You are proactive in improving the systems that keep the company's financial records accurate and up-to-date.
What you'll do
In this role, you will focus on financial operations, managing the month-end close with external accountants, and supporting tax and audit processes. You will work closely with the BizOps & Finance team to ensure that all financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing scalable systems that enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
You will partner with internal and external experts to tackle complex problems and streamline processes. Your hands-on approach will be crucial in building systems that automate routine tasks, allowing the rest of the company to focus on building great software. You will have meaningful exposure to the financial management of a growing company, providing you with opportunities to design better, smarter solutions.
