You have a proven track record in customer success, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within the finance or fintech industries. Your expertise in building strong customer relationships is complemented by your ability to establish effective systems and processes that drive growth. You thrive in early-stage or startup environments, where your collaborative spirit and exceptional communication skills enable you to work effectively across diverse teams and organizations.

Your familiarity with modern customer success tech stacks, including tools like Linear and Retool, allows you to leverage technology to enhance customer experiences. You are data-driven and understand the importance of metrics in measuring success and driving improvements. You are passionate about staying ahead of industry trends and are committed to delivering exceptional service to customers.

Desirable

Experience in a high-growth fintech environment is a plus, as is a background in developing customer success strategies that align with business objectives. You are adaptable and can pivot quickly in response to changing market conditions, ensuring that your team remains focused on delivering value to customers.

What you'll do

As the Head of Customer Success at Method Financial, you will be responsible for architecting and executing the post-sales engine that drives the company's growth. You will report directly to the CEO and play a critical role in building world-class customer relationships. Your focus will be on establishing systems, processes, and teams that transform our high-growth fintech product into a predictable and scalable revenue driver.

You will own the entire customer lifecycle, from signed contracts through onboarding and steady-state engagement. This includes developing strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, as well as identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to provide feedback from customers that can inform product development and enhancements.

Your role will also involve mentoring and leading a team of customer success professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You will set clear goals and metrics for your team, ensuring that they have the resources and support needed to succeed. You will also be responsible for analyzing customer data to identify trends and insights that can drive strategic decision-making.
