What you'll do

As a Cloud Solution Architect at Microsoft, you will be responsible for designing and building AI and Agentic solutions that enhance applications and streamline business processes. You will engage in technical discussions with customers, helping them to understand how Microsoft’s cloud solutions can meet their needs and drive business value.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver repeatable AI solutions, ensuring that they are aligned with customer expectations and business objectives. Your role will involve removing technical blockers and facilitating the adoption of Microsoft AI solutions, including Copilot and Azure AI.

You will also be involved in the operational aspects of the solutions you design, ensuring that they are scalable and maintainable. Your contributions will help shape the future of customer experiences with Microsoft products, driving innovation and operational excellence.
