Who you are
You are a systems thinker with deep analytical rigor and a strong product intuition β you understand how to leverage data to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency. With a proven track record in analytics, you have experience in building comprehensive telemetry systems that span product, customer, and financial data. Your operatorβs mindset allows you to navigate complex organizational structures and influence senior leaders effectively.
You possess strong collaboration skills, enabling you to partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, HR, and Operations teams β you ensure consistent instrumentation and data quality across workflows. Your experience with automation processes, particularly in implementing systems like Oracle, has equipped you to enhance accuracy and reduce manual efforts in analytics.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for building the end-to-end analytics foundation for CoreAI β this includes designing, implementing, and maintaining telemetry systems that provide visibility into key business metrics. You will lead the portfolio shaping process, ensuring that senior leaders have clear insights into the operating modes of the business. Your role will involve driving the automation of core analytics processes, which will significantly improve the accuracy and efficiency of data reporting.
You will run monthly reviews of people and finance metrics, sharing a consistent, fact-based view of financial performance, organizational health, productivity, efficiency, and growth. Your leadership will empower teams to make informed decisions quickly, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
