What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of Cloud Solution Architects, focusing on security solutions for some of the largest global enterprise customers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for your team, ensuring they deliver on customer objectives and Microsoft business targets. You will leverage your expertise to guide your team through the complexities of security transformations, utilizing the Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms to drive success.

You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including customers and internal teams, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your role will involve mentoring and developing your team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. You will also be accountable for the overall performance of your team, tracking progress against goals and adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure success.
