What you'll do
As the Customer Success Director, you will lead and guide managers and teams across multiple Solution Areas, including Customer Success Account Managers. Your responsibilities will include building and sustaining strong teams, driving operational excellence, and partnering with business and segment leaders to enhance customer engagement. You will play a key role in shaping the customer experience and ensuring that Microsoft’s solutions are effectively utilized to meet customer needs.
You will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within your teams. By leveraging your expertise in cloud technology, you will help customers navigate their digital transformation journeys, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes. You will also be involved in strategic planning and execution, aligning team goals with Microsoft’s broader mission to empower every person and organization on the planet.
