What you'll do

As the Principal Software Engineering Squad Leader, you will lead a talented group of engineers in the Knowledge Plane team, responsible for the data access layer of the Microsoft Sentinel Data Lake. Your role will involve driving the vision, strategy, and execution for the platform, enabling mission-critical security workloads across the globe. You will collaborate closely with other teams within Microsoft Security to ensure that our solutions are not only effective but also user-friendly and accessible.

You will be responsible for mentoring and guiding your team, helping them to grow their skills and advance their careers. You will also play a key role in shaping the squad operating model, which emphasizes small, empowered teams that can rapidly innovate and respond to customer needs.
