Your experience includes working with Data Processing Units (DPU) and integrating security measures into complex systems. You are adept at mentoring less-experienced engineers, fostering their growth while ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.

You possess deep technical expertise in cloud technologies, particularly Azure, and understand the intricacies of security compliance and operations. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams ensures that security is a priority in all phases of product development. You are a strategic thinker who can anticipate security challenges and proactively address them.

What you'll do

As a Principal, DPU Security, Manager, you will lead the security efforts for the Data Processing Unit team, ensuring that security is integrated into the design and operation of the DPU systems. You will collaborate with other engineers to enhance the security posture of the Azure ecosystem, driving initiatives that improve security compliance and operational efficiency. Your role will involve providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and understanding of security best practices.

You will be responsible for planning and executing security strategies that align with Microsoft’s overall mission of delivering a trusted experience to customers. This includes conducting risk assessments, implementing security controls, and ensuring that all security measures are effectively communicated and adhered to across the team. You will also engage with stakeholders to ensure that security considerations are integrated into product roadmaps and development processes.
