Microsoft is hiring a Contract Specialist to support its Federal Unified business in enabling US Federal Government customers to leverage Microsoft technology and services. This role involves leading deal and contract processes, including contract review and execution.
Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in contract management and a strong understanding of federal procurement processes — you are adept at facilitating deal setups and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including government clients and internal teams.
You are detail-oriented and organized, with a proven track record of managing multiple contracts simultaneously — your ability to draft and review contracts ensures that all agreements align with Microsoft’s strategic goals. You understand the importance of security clearances and are committed to maintaining the integrity of sensitive information.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Unified deal and contract processes, ensuring that all contracts are set up correctly and executed in a timely manner. You will facilitate contract reviews, working closely with legal teams to address any concerns and ensure compliance with federal regulations. Your responsibilities will also include drafting contracts that reflect Microsoft’s commitments and obligations to its federal clients.
You will collaborate with various teams within Microsoft Federal to understand their needs and provide support throughout the contract lifecycle. This includes coordinating approvals and ensuring that all necessary documentation is in place for successful contract execution. You will play a critical role in helping Microsoft meet the evolving needs of US Government customers, adapting to changes in procurement rules and processes as necessary.
