You have a strong background in customer success and account management, with experience in building and coaching teams on engagement strategies. You understand the importance of aligning customer objectives with technical solutions and can effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including technical and executive-level contacts. Your ability to navigate complex customer environments and influence decision-makers is key to your success in this role.
You are adept at gathering information on business and IT objectives, using your analytical skills to identify customer priorities and align them with Microsoftβs offerings. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to drive customer success. Your proactive approach allows you to identify potential blockers and address them before they impact customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the strategic execution of program planning and customer-facing reviews, ensuring that engagements are prioritized effectively. You will manage key stakeholder expectations and work to deliver agreed-upon customer outcomes. Your responsibilities will include initiating conversations with customers to demonstrate how Microsoft solutions can meet their needs and drive success. You will also analyze customer feedback and data to continuously improve engagement strategies and mitigate any potential issues.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and partners, acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their goals. Your role will involve regular communication with internal teams to ensure alignment on customer priorities and to advocate for customer needs within Microsoft. You will also need to maintain a Public Trust clearance, which is essential for this position.
