What you'll do

In this role, you will support, manage, and scale analytics and reporting to drive decision-making at the leadership team level. You will develop benchmarking tools that integrate with AI tooling, equipping deal-makers with real-time analytics to enhance their strategies. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the AI-first strategy across Deal Desk and Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions Finance.

You will lead quarterly insights reporting to Deal Desk leadership, ensuring that the community is informed and aligned with the strategic direction. Your role will involve developing AI-first tools that optimize deal-making processes, requiring close collaboration with engineering and internal teams.

You will drive the adoption of AI-first solutions across various teams, ensuring a quantifiable impact and establishing a proficient feedback loop. Your ability to integrate new commerce tools and modern solutions will be essential in championing widespread usage within the organization.
