Who you are
You have a strong background in building high-performance, low-latency systems that support mission-critical workloads — your experience includes designing and implementing distributed systems that are both scalable and reliable. You are proficient in C# and have a solid understanding of Azure services, which allows you to effectively contribute to the Azure Dev Services team.
You are familiar with the DevOps lifecycle and understand the importance of monitoring, alerting, and incident response — you take pride in writing high-quality, well-tested code that enhances the overall reliability of applications. Your experience with AI technologies, particularly in integrating AI-assisted development tools, positions you well to contribute to innovative features that improve engineering productivity.
What you'll do
As a Software Engineer II, you will take ownership of key product areas within the Azure Dev Services team — your responsibilities will include designing and implementing features that enable configuration management, monitoring, and observability for modern cloud applications. You will collaborate across Azure to drive integration with other services, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
You will write high-quality code and own the DevOps lifecycle, which includes monitoring and incident response — your contributions will directly impact the performance and reliability of mission-critical workloads. You will also have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies, contributing to AI-enhanced features using Large Language Models and other advanced tools.
