You possess a strong foundation in Software Defined Networking (SDN) and are familiar with the challenges of maintaining high availability and performance in customer-facing services. Your troubleshooting skills enable you to resolve production issues effectively, and you are comfortable participating in on-call rotations to ensure service health. You understand the importance of security and reliability in cloud services and are committed to delivering high-quality solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be part of the Azure Networking team, responsible for designing and building critical network services that differentiate Microsoft Azure from competitors. You will work on enhancing the SDN infrastructure, focusing on agility, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting production issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring the scalability of microservices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and improve the platform, taking on mission-critical workloads and securing them.

You will also serve as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI), participating in on-call rotations to maintain the health of customer-facing services. Your role will involve continuous learning and leveraging a variety of technologies to enhance the Azure platform. You will contribute to a culture of inclusion and collaboration, aligning with Microsoft's mission to empower every person and organization on the planet.
