What you'll do

As an IAM Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for establishing and delivering technical training programs for the Cloud Operations + Innovation team — you will assess training needs, develop training materials, and facilitate training sessions that enhance the skills of employees in the datacenters. You will engage with your team to implement procedural changes and ensure that training aligns with operational goals. Your role will involve evaluating training effectiveness and reporting on outcomes to drive continuous improvement in training delivery.

You will also have the opportunity to coach learners in their career growth — you will provide guidance and support as they navigate their professional development paths.
