What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with strategic AI customers to capture their engineering requirements and inform product and feature roadmap enhancements. You will lead the execution of complex, multi-year engineering deliverables, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met. Your role will involve driving clear communication and alignment across various stakeholder groups, including engineering teams and supply chain partners. You will be responsible for synthesizing customer feedback and engineering insights to continuously improve product offerings. Additionally, you will work on defining success metrics and tracking progress against them, ensuring that the products delivered meet the high standards expected by Microsoft and its customers. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within your team, encouraging team members to share ideas and contribute to the product vision.
