What you'll do

In this role, you will own the hardware development process definition and governance across various programs within the Cloud Hardware Systems Engineering team. You will be responsible for identifying areas for continuous improvement and implementing strategies that enhance the overall development lifecycle. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that Microsoft’s cloud infrastructure can scale effectively to meet growing demands.

You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure that hardware development processes align with organizational goals. This includes defining best practices, establishing metrics for success, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. You will also engage with stakeholders to communicate progress and gather feedback, ensuring that the processes you implement are effective and well-received.
