What you'll do

As a Senior Applied Scientist at Microsoft, you will work on developing and implementing state-of-the-art deep learning models for AI services. Your responsibilities will include designing experiments to evaluate model safety and fairness, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into Bing and Copilot, and contributing to the overall strategy for AI development within the organization.

You will also be responsible for analyzing the performance of AI models, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance their effectiveness. Your role will involve mentoring junior team members and sharing your expertise in ML/DL frameworks to foster a culture of learning and innovation within the team.
