What you'll do
In this role, you will lead AI-driven customer transformations by architecting and implementing solutions across the Microsoft 365 platform. You will work closely with enterprise customers to unlock the value of AI, guiding them through the technical strategy and solution design processes. Your responsibilities will include deploying Agentic AI and utilizing tools like Graph API and Power Platform to enhance customer outcomes.
You will serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and realization of value from AI solutions. Your role will also involve shaping the technical vision and strategy for AI initiatives within the organization, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
