What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key technical resource for customers, focusing on delivering proactive services such as education workshops and tailored assessments. You will work closely with the Global Customer Success organization to enable customer success on the Microsoft Cloud, harnessing AI-powered capabilities to drive business value. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, collaborating with Microsoft Support to expedite incident resolution, and providing expert guidance on best practices for cloud solutions.

You will also play a vital role in driving cross-company alignment and execution, ensuring that customer expectations are consistently exceeded. By leveraging your expertise in Azure, you will help customers navigate their cloud journey, providing insights and recommendations that lead to long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
