What you'll do

In this role, you will drive resource allocation rigor across Microsoft’s engineering portfolio, which exceeds $20B. You will partner closely with senior leaders to ensure that investments align with strategic priorities, influencing decisions that shape the future of the organization. Your responsibilities will include developing financial strategies that support resource allocation and expense management, as well as fostering collaboration among various teams to achieve common goals.

You will champion inclusivity within your team, fostering an environment where all voices are heard and valued. Your role will require you to navigate complex financial landscapes, providing insights and recommendations that drive effective decision-making. You will also be responsible for mentoring team members, helping them grow in their roles and develop their skills.
