You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in enterprise environments — you've successfully defined and executed product strategies that align with customer and partner needs. Your background includes a strong understanding of security, compliance, and identity management, which allows you to translate complex requirements into actionable platform features.
You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, security, and compliance — your ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholders is a key strength. You are passionate about AI and its applications in enterprise settings, and you stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in this rapidly evolving field.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define and own the enterprise requirements strategy for the Agentic OS platform, focusing on governance, security, compliance, identity, manageability, and extensibility. You will translate enterprise customer, partner, and IT admin needs into clear platform requirements, guardrails, and design principles for agentic experiences. Your work will involve driving alignment across engineering, security, identity, compliance, and other teams to ensure the platform is enterprise-ready from day one.
You will lead initiatives that enhance the platform's capabilities, ensuring it meets the needs of enterprise customers while adhering to security and compliance standards. You will also be responsible for conducting user research and gathering feedback to continuously improve the platform's features and functionalities. Your role will require you to stay engaged with the latest developments in AI and enterprise IT, ensuring that the Agentic OS remains competitive and innovative.
