What you'll do

As the Senior Product Manager on the Dataverse team, you will define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Dataverse as the agent data platform — your focus will be on shaping how AI agents access business data from Dynamics CRM and Power Platform. You will collaborate closely with teams across M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Dynamics to deliver cohesive agentic experiences that help enterprises unlock new workflows.

You will lead product vision discussions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and user needs — your role will involve conducting user research to understand pain points and opportunities for improvement. You will also partner with engineering and data science teams to ground your product decisions in data-driven insights, applying your AI/ML knowledge to enhance product capabilities.

Your responsibilities will include defining success metrics for product features, managing stakeholder expectations, and coordinating go-to-market strategies — you will be instrumental in driving the adoption of intelligent agents within enterprise environments, ensuring measurable ROI for clients. You will also mentor junior product managers, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.
