You are an established Software Engineer with a strong background in full-stack development — you have experience tackling strategic cross-organization investments and creating web experiences that engage millions of users. Your expertise in modern front-end web frameworks, such as web components, positions you as a key contributor to innovative projects. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with both frontend and backend teams to deliver key features across multiple sites.
You possess a deep understanding of cloud-based architecture and services, enabling you to design and operationalize experiences at hyper scale. Your knowledge of caching and load-balancing techniques ensures that the applications you develop are efficient and reliable. You are also familiar with A/B experimentation, allowing you to drive data-informed decisions that enhance user engagement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will provide technical leadership to key projects within the Experience team at Microsoft. You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies that align with organizational goals and execute plans to deliver on commitments. Your responsibilities will include designing, coding, and operationalizing web experiences that shape the daily habits of millions of users. You will be instrumental in innovating and creating impactful web experiences that leverage AI and machine learning technologies.
You will work on projects that span Microsoft AI, Office, and Windows, contributing to the development of personalized content feeds that power user experiences across the platform. Your role will involve maintaining and delivering key features that enhance the user experience, ensuring that they are scalable and performant.
