What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Microsoft’s Azure Maps services, which provide geospatial insights and location-based services for enterprise applications. You will design and implement robust data pipelines that enable real-time data ingestion and processing, ensuring that users can leverage high granularity signals for their applications.

You will collaborate with the Azure Data engineering team to enhance the existing data platform, focusing on scalability and performance. Your work will involve integrating various Azure services, such as Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse Analytics, to create seamless data workflows that empower users to make data-driven decisions.

You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall architecture of the data platform, ensuring best practices are followed and that the codebase remains maintainable and efficient. Mentoring junior engineers will be part of your responsibilities, helping to foster a culture of learning and growth within the team.
