What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer at Microsoft, you will be an individual contributor responsible for hands-on coding and leading the development of innovative services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies and create design documents for new products and applications. Your role will involve mentoring junior engineers and guiding them through the development process, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.

You will be accountable as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI), taking ownership of projects from inception to deployment.
