What you'll do
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Virtual Machines and Containers team, you will contribute to the development of advanced live migration capabilities for Azure. You will work closely with the Base Operating System team to enhance the operating systems that support Azure, Microsoft’s Linux OS, and Windows platforms. Your role will involve designing and implementing features that enable customers to adopt new Azure functionalities with minimal disruption.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the systems you work on are robust and capable of supporting the next generation of cloud and platform innovations. Your contributions will directly influence customer experience and operational efficiency, playing a central role in the evolution of Microsoft’s cloud technologies.
