Microsoft is hiring a Solution Architect II and Senior Solution Architect to lead complex engagements and deliver AI-driven solutions. You'll work with Azure and Dynamics 365 technologies to help customers achieve measurable business outcomes.

Who you are
You have a strong background in solution architecture with a focus on cloud technologies, particularly Azure. Your experience includes leading high-impact projects and engaging with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. You are comfortable working in a collaborative environment and have a delivery mindset that drives you to achieve results. Your technical expertise is complemented by your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You possess a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 and its capabilities, especially in the context of AI and agentic solutions. Your hands-on experience allows you to design and implement production-ready solutions that align with customer goals. You are passionate about continuous learning and staying updated on emerging technologies in the cloud and AI space.
Desirable
Experience with AI-driven solutions and a strong grasp of customer service and contact center technologies will set you apart. Familiarity with Microsoftβs FastTrack program and its methodologies is a plus, as is a background in delivering services directly to customers and partners.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead complex engagements, working closely with customers to design, build, and adopt Dynamics 365 solutions. You will leverage your technical expertise to provide hands-on solutioning and ensure that customers realize the full value of their investments. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, architecting solutions, and providing feedback to product teams to enhance offerings.
You will also play a key role in driving customer adoption and satisfaction, helping clients navigate their journey with Dynamics 365. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies that enhance the FastTrack program. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding customers through the implementation process and ensuring successful outcomes.
